iOwn is a Real Estate Consultancy Services Boutique firm specializing in Investment Advice, Real Estate Consultancy, Valuations and Real Estate Strategic Advisory, which is founded and directed by Ioanna Nikolaou, who is a Chartered Surveyor of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), and RICS Registered Valuer.

By accessing any areas of our website you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions regarding privacy set forth below. The personal data is processed by iOwn, in particular by employees and consultants administering the website or  providing the relevant services (including those engaged in marketing, finance, administration and accounting and other relevant departments), by companies and professionals of the real estate business (including advisory, valuation, brokerage for sale or acquisition, use, leasing, financing or other form of real estate, lawyers, notary publics) or by credit/financial institutions (for real estate purposes) or by third-parties to whom we assign from time to time the performance of certain tasks on our behalf (including IT service providers, hosting providers, advertising and marketing agencies, market research companies, database and website administration companies).

Other than the aforementioned access to your personal data, we can share them for the fulfilment of legal obligations and obligations arising from regulations and directives of national or European legislation and for legal defence purposes in a court of law in the case of a legal dispute.
