Ioanna is the Managing Director and Founder of iOwn. Ioanna has more than 25 years of experience in real estate Investment, Strategy, Advisory and Valuations. She is an experienced MRICS Chartered Surveyor, and a Professional Member of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). Ioanna is RICS Registered Valuer, Certified registered Member of the Greek Ministry of Finance (AM 742), Member of S.E.K.E. and EL.I.E. Ioanna has graduated from Bayes Business School of London. She holds a Master’s Degree in Science in Investment Management. (MSc in Investment Management Bayes Business School, London). Ioanna is also certified by the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investment of London-UK (C.I.S.I.) in the Sector of Investment Management, and The American Academy of Financial Management in the U.S.A in the Sectors of Real Estate Valuations and Asset Management. Ioanna has a long track record in value-added real estate services to a variety of clients in the corporate and individual level. Ioanna works closely with international investors, managing commercial and hospitality real estate investments and valuations. In the past, Ioanna has worked in London as Director, compliance investment officer and consultant in an FSA Regulated firm. Finally, she speaks fluently Greek, English, French, and Spanish.
