Ioanna is the Managing Director and Founder of iOwn. Ioanna has more than 25 years of experience in Real Estate Investment, Asset Management Strategy, Advisory and Certified Valuations. Ioanna is an experienced MRICS Chartered Surveyor, Professional Member of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and Member of RICS Global Valuation Standards Expert Working Group (GVSEWG) . Ioanna is RICS Registered Valuer, Certified Registered Member of the Greek Ministry of Finance (AM 742), Member of S.E.K.E, EL.I.E and The Urban Land Institute (U.L.I) a global nonprofit research and education organisation.Ioanna has graduated from Cass (Bayes)Business School of London. She holds a Master's Degree in Science in Finance and Investment Management (MSc in Investment Management Bayes Business School, London). Ioanna is also Certified by the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investment of London-UK (C.I.S.I.) in the Sector of Investment Management and Compliance. Ioanna has a long track record in value-added real estate services to a variety of clients in the corporate and individual level. In the past, Ioanna has worked also in London as Director, Compliance Investment Officer and Consultant in an FSA Regulated firm. Finally, she speaks fluently Greek, English, French, and Spanish.
